Hi, my name is Ronald Nunnery. I have over twenty years of coaching/training experience at the youth to professional level. I have also coached at the high school level and AAU level. I am currently working at Brazos School as a Physical Education Teacher/Coach. My client list runs from eight years of age to thirty-five years old. I hold a Associate's and Bachelor.s Degree in Kinesiology from Lamar University.
Former Professional & Collegiate Basketball Player. Toured With "The World Famous Harlem Globetrotters. Also Won Championship In Hungary As A Rookie"2000". Played College At Lamar University "96-98" Earned All Conference and All Defensive Team Awards..
A great workout session with me consist of a hour in a half of constant building your conditioning and skill set. 10 min of stretching 40 min of Fundamentals and skill set training. 20 min of of strength and conditioning. 20 min of skill shooting.
