More About Coach Romeo
I have coached a youth team over one year and have done private training sessions with kids all over the course of the last 3 years. I typically work with kids , teenagers and adults
As a teenager I have played in different category ( under 17 under 19 and under 21) For my country . Being a senior I have played many years in my country national league before becoming professional player in 1998. I have played in many countries like UAE Qatar Malaysia as well and have travelled a lot around the world. I have been playing the game since I was a kid, so I mastered the game and know what it takes to be the best in it. I was also an international player with 35 cap. I have played African Cup of Nation in 1998 , 2002. Experience is something I have as a player and coach
Usually I start with dynamics warm up, with that said, it gives me the ability to see what does the player lacks on, body control, balance and flexibility, then we move to SAQ training, (speed,agility & quickness.) Then come the Topic of the session .. At the end of session players cool down then some abdominal work out.

We are very happy with Coach Romeo. We have had 5 sessions so far and we already see improvement by our son who is 6 years old, on the soccer field. Coach Romeo is organized, prepared and always has a plan for his session. He begins his session with warming up and conditioning, then he follows up with technical skills like dribbling, shooting, while working with coordination and balance. He is encouraging, friendly, and is easy to work with. Our son never wants the session to end. We plan to get more sessions in the future and would highly recommend his coaching services.

Coach Romeo has trained my son each weekend for a little more than a month now and I cannot believe how much my son has improved.
