I have coached and Trained 4th- 8th grade AAU Boys Basketball in Kansas City,MO from 2004-2008 in Kansas City, Missouri for a basketball ball program called Kansas City Perimere. In 2006-2008 i was the head freshman boys basketball coach for North Kansas City High School I was in charge of skill developement and strenght and conditioning. After coaching at North Kansas City Hight School for two years the following year i was then granted the opportunity to coach the freshmen boys basketball team at St. Pius X from 2009-2011. I just recently coached Middle school boys basketball, head junior varsity/ asstist varsity Coach in 2014-2015 for Marion C Early in Morrisville, Missouri before moving here to the Atlanta area. Im currently in the process for completing my NASM personal training certification.

I was and Missouri All state basketball player in 2000 and honorable mention in 1999. I have played college basketball on 3 different levels divsion one (Idaho University) and junior College (Hutchinson Community College) and Divison two (Texas A&M -Commerce)

During a Skills session i work on the players weakness ususally and sharpen the skills that they already are good at. I typically work on I.Q. Of the game, Dribbling and body positioning, Rebounding, Shooting, Strength, Jumping, Conditioning, and Foot work.
