I have four years of doing 1 on 1 training with catchers, and infielders for baseball and softball. I have 3 years experience coaching middle school kids, getting them ready for high school ball. I have worked with kids from the age of 8 up to 17 years old.

I was a all CIF baseball player in high school. I played 2 years at San Bernadino Valley college, and also two years of independent ball in Chico, California.

I start out with a 20 min warm up, which includes jogging, stretching and throwing. then we do 25 minutes of drills specific to the player. I then finish with 15 minutes of mental training, talking about positioning, situational scenarios, and game planning at the plate.
