I have been coaching CYO, P.A.L. and AAU for the past 10 years. I have been giving private lessons for the past 3 years. I have trained girls and boys from ages 4 to 15.
In my sessions I start off with a warm up and stretching. Then I focus on Dribbling, Form Shooting, Passing, defense, pivoting, inside moves, creating space and footwork. Some of my drills involves conditioning.
