More About Coach Rodney
I coached a semi pro team for a year in Omaha called the Omaha Chargers. I was a head varsity basketball coach in Milwaukee for 7 years. I train all kids from age 7-18
Played in the NBA for 5 years. Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, Memphis Grizzlies,Sacramento Kings and New Jersey Nets. I played 9 years overseas as well.
Each athlete is different and may need more work on specific areas. Depending on how the athlete performs determines how I navigate through my workouts. My goal is to make each athlete a complete player.
