Each of my training sessions, whether individual or group, focuses on five key areas: Ball Mastery, Passing and Receiving, 1v1 Attack-Defense, Speed (with and without the ball), and Finishing. Additionally, we tailor sessions to each player's position, providing technical and tactical components to help them excel. My state-of-the-art facility in North Salt Lake is equipped with ball machines, reaction boards, and full-size goals, allowing me to train players year-round.

Client Reviews
Michael (CoachUp client)
The first session was great. My son is super excited about continuing with Rob. Some of the drills he ran with him, are definitely going to give him confidence with his ball handling on the field. He made it fun for my son and used some of his favorite players moves in the practice , which my son thought was amazing.
Courtney Brown, Former U of U Women's Soccer Captain and Current Washington Diplomats (NWSL) Player. (Testimonial)
Rob Karas and his training method are second to none. I have been training with him since my time as a college player and now as a professional. Coach Rob's approach is the best out there. If you want to become a better player, Coach Karas should be your first choice.

Kwame Watson-Sirboe professional player of New York City Futbol Club in Major League Soccer (Testimonial)
Hey Rob, It is Kwame Watson-Siriboe of New York City Futbol Club ( NYCFC) of Major League Soccer. During my time at Real Salt Lake I tore my ACL. In the road to recovery, you helped me to become a better player now, then before I tore my ACL. It was great getting 1 on 1 training with you in your training facility. You have helped me work on my touches, changes of directions, fitness work with the ball, decision making, and to be composed on the ball. Even when I was not working with you, or forgot some of the skills, you taught me during training session. I would log into your website: SoccerTech and utilize the website to help me remember what I wanted to work on. It is great to get a lot of meaningful touches, and have fun with it. It is simple, easy, and a self explanatory website. The best thing is now that I am in New York I can still log onto SoccerTech from all the way over here and continue to work on my skills training. SoccerTech and you have helped to improve my game, more then you know. P.S. I think anyone who is serious about becoming a better futboler should train with Rob.
