Coach T has several years of extensive coaching and mentoring experience in Speed and Agility Training. Coach T's roots began at the Youth And Professional levels. Coach T has been instrumental in the development of several athletes across a variety of sports. His athletes excel in individual and team sports, particularly Track and Field, Soccer, Football, Baseball Softball Volleyball Tennis, and Basketball. His athletes have participated in the Superbowl, College World Series, NCAA Women's Basketball Championships, NCAA Track and field Championships and the Olympic Trials. In Track and Field Coach T guided 12 National Youth champions including a national record holder in the pentathlon. Under his direction, he qualified over 200 youth athletes to the national championships. Several of Coach T's athlete received top performance at the High School Nike combines and at several NFL combines. Coach T's passion and dedication has transformed athlete's lives. Several athletes have received scholarships to major Universities and Colleges around the Country, including UCLA, USC, Long Beach State, Fresno State, University of Washington, Oregon Tech, Berkeley, St Mary's College, Sacramento State, UC Davis, San Diego State, Rice,and Cal Poly.
Coach T's unique approach to motivating athletes to achieve beyond their capabilities has allowed him to enjoy success within the community college ranks as a sprint coach beginning at Fresno City and finishing my career at Modesto Junior College. Coach T's enthusiasm and dedication to the sport resulted in having 10 All-Americans, 34 state Qualifiers several school and 10 Conference championships.
Coach T's expertise has made a significant impact at the high school level. As an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Grace Davis High School, he had over 40 league champions, and sent over 100 athletes to the section championship.
Research and currency in the field has played an important part in Coach T's ongoing excellence as a successful coach and teacher. Coach T has been invited to speak and present at The Nor-Cal All sports Clinic(speakers included NFL, MLB, and Olympic Coaches), UNLV Track &Field clinic, and MJC's Learn by Doing Clinic. Locally, Coach T work with Hughson High School Girls Basketball Team, Hughson and Riverbank Football team as speed and agility coach. As a result of Coach T's success, he was offered as a Consultant/Coach for the 2012 California High School All-Stars Football Game. I am currently the Performance Coach/Trainer for the College Gridiron Showcase in Dallas Texas for the past 3 years, I helped prepare several 100 athletes from schools that includes Michigan State, Nebraska Texas, Colorado, Florida State and Arkansas and USC for an opportunity to play in the NFL, Canadian League and Arena Football.
Coach T's dynamic and energizing approach to teaching, is skill which allows his athletes to translate knowledge to peak performance. With Coach T's training ,athletes will increase aerobic capacity, muscular strength, speed power and agility. Coach T's certifications include National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), the California Interscholastic Federation Coaching Certification. I am certified in Pilate,Yoga Aerobic, and personal training. I have been teaching Pilates at the College for 17 years. He also has a Master's Degree in Sports Science. Coach T's positive (reflective listening) communication style allows him to work effectively with novice athletes and elite level performers, and introduce his approach to parents and prospective athletes.

High School Varsity Football and Track and Field. All-City in Track and Field. 4-time California Police State and Regional Champion in the 100 meters, 4x100, and 4x400 relay. National qualifier in the 50 meters and 100 meters at the Senior games. Finalist at the World Police and Fire Games in the 100 meters.

My training program utilizes speed technique, running mechanics, weight training that is specifically designed for speed enhancement and plyometrics training. These components are then combined with new and innovative training methods, tailored to the individual athlete and the events in which they compete. I provide a rigorous and enjoyable training environment that helps our athletes to develop character, maintain their composure, and excel in competition on and of the field. My goal is to create individualized training programs that allow athlete to achieve their ultimate goals in athletic competition to gain elite status . My goal is to provide training programs that help athletes sharpen skills, increase strength,think clearer and outperform the competition. My training program is designed for the needs of each individual athlete into account his/her, body type and physical fitness. My goal is to transform athletes to elite competitors on and off the field. My training also includes Yoga and Pilates exercises. I work on motor learning skills through stretching techniques, speed development, and drills that promote,coordination and flexibility rhythm, all of which increases reaction time.

Coach T! I found him on Coach up after trying to find someone to work with my daughter on her lateral speed for fastpitch softball. First lesson he was able to identify my daughters strengths and weaknesses, then proposed a plan to get her to achieve her goals. In my experience, instructors tend struggle with establishing trust with athletes to try and get them to be confident in the instruction and the instructor. Not a Coach T! He was very energetic but relaxed while explaining to my daughter what to do, how to do it and why. This created an environment that allowed her to quickly see results in technique alone and was fun for her! I think it enabled my daughter to not be so “about her business” (serious) when it came to work ethic and executing the drills. She’s learning how to have fun and train hard.

I just started training my 10y old daughter with Coach T and so far I've been impressed. She has already had improvements in a lot of areas. I like his attention to detail, and his sessions are driven by data he collects from the session. He also makes sure what physical condition she is in before the start of practice so that he can tailor the session accordingly. He gives a report after each session which I enjoy reading. He is great with kids and is quite entertaining. My daughter and I look forward to continuing her training with Coach T.😎

We hired him to work with our kids over winter break to improve their running form and speed. They improved very quickly with Coach T’s coaching. They also really looked forward to their sessions with him as well. Coach T is great with kids and knows how to help them improve while also having fun.

Sara loves track. She runs the 100, 200, and relay and I have a feeling that she going to improve under Coach Roberts trading methods. Coach Roberts is very easy going and makes training in track fun. He has a wealth of knowledge and years of teaching experience to share with students. In two trading sessions, he showed Sara various track training methods, from working with blocks, proper warm up and stretching drills, various core work outs, ladder and hurdle training, etc. He teaches and then explains why your training this way and how it will benefit you. Sara enjoys training and Coach Robert has a lot to teach her. We feel lucky and fortunate to call him are Coach.
