In high school as wrestler I would help coach at A TEAM which is an after school wrestling program for kids in La Puente, Ca . After high school I went to college at cal poly Pomona which does not have a wrestling program.

League champion 2x 119lbs 125lbs
I attended bishop amat high school in la puente, ca
I start off my doing a warmup. Very light jogging then transition into stretching n other warmup excersises with a partner.
Technique: we will stress the basics from top bottom and neutral
Or the technique for the day and work on it half speed then full speed.
Then strength training
Full speed wrestling
Talk on strategy winning and having fun
