I am a former NCAA Division 1 pitcher, played in St.Louis Metro League, the NEBCL and the Cape Cod League. I have trained HS, college and professional athletes in baseball. I am currently an Associate Scout with the San Padres. I am FMS (function movement screening) certified, have taught pitching mechanics and sprint training to improve 60yd dash time.

I have played NCAA Division 1 baseball as an undergraduate in the A10 division and MAAC division as a graduate student. I was on the MLB draft board during the Covid shortened draft rounds. Playing in the St. Louis Metro Collegiate League I was a two time All Star player. Subsequently, I played on the Martha Vineyard Sharks in 2019 the year the team won the division. In addition, I played on the Cape League's Harwich team.

I work with baseball players and athletes of all ages and focus the workouts based on the need of the player. I have helped many players gain a college baseball roster spot, improving pitching velocity, hitting, catcher pop time and sprint times to demonstrate athleticism. In addition, I have helped players make their HS varsity team as well as little league players shine on the field.
