I am a USA Boxing Bronze Level Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and active USA Boxing Athlete with hands-on competitive and coaching experience. I currently coach at Punches N Bunches Boxing Studio and actively train USA Boxing–registered athletes, preparing fighters for upcoming matches and competitions while continuing to compete myself.

In addition to my work at the gym, I serve as a boxing trainer at Vanderbilt University, delivering boxing-based training that emphasizes skill development, conditioning, discipline, and confidence. I also hold credentials as a USA Boxing Referee, providing a comprehensive understanding of the sport from both the competitive and regulatory sides.

I train individuals ages 8–80, working with competitive fighters as well as clients seeking non-contact boxing for weight loss, strength, and conditioning. My training approach is adaptable, fearless, and rooted in proper technique and safety.
