FIRST THING IS TO COME UP WITH A WORKOUT SCHEDULE THAT CAN BE MET AND RESPECTED BY THE ATHLETE. PROPER TRAINING STARTS WITH ESTABLISHING A REQUIRED DISCIPLINE INTO LEARNING YOUR CRAFT. ONCE ESTABLISHED THEN WE CAN MOVE AT A PACE COMFORTABLE FOR THE ATHLETE KNOWING WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IN ORDER TO OBTAIN SUCCESS.
