Former college athlete and high school varsity head coach for 3 seasons. Currently a high school varsity football coach and assistant strength and conditioning coach.
Lettered in varsity lacrosse in high school and played one season of college before pursuing college football. Started at middie and attack.
Athletes who train with me can work on a variety of skills depending on their skill level. I have experience in coaching shooting, stick skills, passing, face offs, and ground ball work. I can also help athletes with lacrosse specific speed and agility training
