More About Coach Ricky

I have experience training and coaching at ages 7-24. I was a student assistant at University of the Ozarks, I've worked enhancement training camps like Nike and Joe Johnson skills camps, I've coach the Arkansas Dream Team(17U AAU team) and worked with Bobby Portis

MVP of 5A state basketball tournament in high school, played D2 basketball at Arkansas tech and SAU, played D3 basketball at the University of the Ozarks. I was ASC player of the week and D3 team of the week at Ozarks. I played point guard in high school and college. I averaged 14 ppg high school and 15 ppg in college. I've worked with guards, forwards and centers.

A client can expect to work on their footwork, conditioning, ball handling and shooting. I focus on game like situations so they are prepared for rela experiences. They can expect to work on their technique with dribbling and being able to move up and down the court without losing their breath. We will work on their strength with being guarded by a defensive player, upper body and leg strength. They can expect to work on their hand eye coordination, passing, rebounding, and defending.

I worked with two guys for two months before their season started and they improved tremendously. Prior to the upcoming season they average 14 points a game a piece. After working out with me, one of them averaged 25 point a game and the other averaged 17 points a game. I've also trained another guy who improvwd tremendously that a someone's father asked him who he had been working out with. The young man I trained dad referred him to me.
