More About Coach Richie
My experience with coaching and training athletes varies from younger kids to high school kids. Ive coached a 10u travel ball baseball team for about 4 years as well as head JV baseball coach at San Marino high school for 3 years.
As a former player I was recognized as an All-American in perfect game baseball, two time first team all league in high school. My college career I was a relief pitcher at Rio Hondo college for two years.
A session will consist of players learning their body, physically and mentally. My sessions will work with athletes on correct techniques and repetition to create muscle memory for that specific drill. Also I will be implementing a throwing program, arm strengthening, and a nutrition plan for the athletes.
