I have 6 years of Coaching and Training Experience and a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion (Exercise Physiology) , I own a Performance Training gym. I have worked with multiple tennis , soccer , football, and basketball clubs and teams as their fitness and strength and conditioning coach. From Youth to Professionals .
I played multiple sports in high school, I played soccer in Switzerland for a year and played for multiple clubs in the USA. I have won state and national championships and played on regional teams in my youth .
The Client would be evaluated and we would create a program depending on the client needs and weaknesses . We would build a solid base for the client , go over proper form and then work building their athleticism , fitness, speed , etc. The goal is always to maximize your potential in every category .
