More About Coach Ricardo
From 2010 to 2012 I was a Coach/Wrestler for The University of Texas at San Antonio club wrestling team. We had NCWA national qualifiers both years. In 2013, I coached a female high school wrestler up to and throughout the freestyle season.
4-time Varsity Letterman and 3-time state qualifier for James Bowie High School(Austin,2001-2005).
2004-2005 Team Captain
2004-2005 Texas Region IV Champion
2-time NCWA National Qualifier(UTSA)
1-2 hours
Start with some some light conditioning to warm up(jog around gym). Proceed into stretching and shadow drills. Next we will work a specific area or technique(takedowns, escapes, etc..). Session will end with live wrestling and/or more conditioning.
