Ricardo Marsh

Over the past 5 summers in my offseason when I was still an active professional ball player, I've trained athletes from ages 7 and up. I've trained numerous high school boys and girls as well as collegiate and professional athletes some that will have an opportunity to be on the prestigious USA team. I am able to teach all phases of the game. My position as a player is small forward, power forward and center so I specialize, but am not limited to training those 3 positions. I am also a certified personal trainer and youth exercise specialist.

I am a retired professional basketball player, I' started to train and help people with skill development in my last 5 offseasons. For 12 years I played in Europe, South America and had a short stint in the NBA. I started on the Varsity Men's Basketball team for 4 years at Old Dominion University from 1999-2003 and was named male athlete of the year after my senior season in 2003. I was also recognized as an All-State and All-Region selection in 2003. Before attending college, I was MVP of the North Carolina East/West All Star game as well as MVP of the NC/SC All Star game. I have been very blessed when it comes to basketball and as my career comes to a close soon, I want to stay in the game by teaching others the game and helping them understand what it takes to make it to the next level. Basketball is my passion and I love to help people as well. I have all star appearances and scoring titles on my professional resume as well. I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to the game of basketball. I am also very connected to coaches on every level, agents and players of all skill level and background.

In my workouts, there will be a warmup, footwork drills, skills and situational training and we will finish with explosion/conditioning drills. The sessions are intense and catered to the clients skill level. We incorporate competition drills during small group sessions.
