I have a history of coaching adults, kids and teenagers. I have a wide spectrum of coaching backgrounds beginning in Ridgefield Park, NJ - to Paramus NJ. I have experience in ice hockey, roller hockey, baseball and football. I am CPR certified/First Aid, Concussion Certification, etc. Currently I am the assistant coach for Oritory Prep Varsity High School - Ice Hockey in Summit, NJ.

I have competed at the high school level as a player but I have officiating experience at the college level and professional level. I have been on various Softball teams with accolades of winning 9th place in the Nation - Showtime Landscaping, USSA Softball where we played in Disney in 1999. I have competed in hockey tournaments, where my High School Hockey Team won State Championship, Division 1 for St. Joe's Regional.

Strengthening and core exercises, position specific drills, multiple interval training - wide range of various exercises and techniques are incorporated in any coaching session - sport specific and tailored. Multiple drills and exercises are incorporated, both offensive training and defensive positioning.

Instill improved mechanics in athletes allowing them to accelerate to their highest potential.
