Through my lacrosse career, I have had many different learning and coaching experiences. I have coached lacrosse camps for the North Kingstown Athletic Department. The groups I have coached range from 1st-grade to 8th-grade students. Additionally, as a player for the UConn Men's Lacrosse Program, I have participated in coaching instructionals to CT Youth Lacrosse Coaches. Through this experience, I helped to plan and demonstrate drills to onlooking coaches.

I have played lacrosse since the third grade up until my senior year of college. During this time, I played as a member of the North Kingstown Youth Lacrosse Program, Next Level Lacrosse Club, Roots Lacrosse Club, North Kingstown High School, and the University of Connecticut Men's Lacrosse team. During my high school career, I was a three-year starter on the varsity team, and the leading point scorer both my junior and senior year. I was also named captain of the team in 2016 and received 2nd team all-state mention my senior season in 2016. While at UConn, I was a two-year starter and two-year captain for the 2019 and 2020 seasons. I also lead the team in scoring and points in both 2019 and 2020, receiving 2nd team all-conference in 2019. I was part of the first UConn Lacrosse team to play in the MCLA National Tournament since 2015, receiving the highest national poll ranking in program history.

My session plans tailor drills and exercises to the player and the aspect of their game they wish to improve. The sessions focus on improving skills and techniques, but also has an emphasis on learning and understanding the game.
