I have 5+ years of consistent coaching experience with a travel club team. I have also ran college camps, college clinics. I have experience coaching every age and skill level.

I recently finished my time as a student athlete at Rutgers University. I was a 3 year starting defender for the Big Ten team. After finishing my career I lead my team in caused turn-overs on the defensive end for two consecutive years, and finished first in ground balls my junior year of play. I received the big ten academic award my junior and senior year. I received big ten defensive player of the week during the spring season of my junior year.

My session would accommodate to each individual player and their goals. Each session would begin with a warm up and stretching. The session would then include stick work, individual skill improvement, breakdown of techniques, and improvement of lacrosse IQ. I am also available to help any physical needs (conditioning) to help improve a players game.
