Players that can score the ball will always be in high demand. Sessions are focused on developing the entire offensive repertoire through targeted skill development, including; Footwork, ball handling, shooting, passing, moving w/out the ball, transition, and one-on-one moves on the perimeter and in the post. Sessions are high energy, move at game speed, include constant open communication, positive encouragement, and healthy competition. The sessions will mirror the workouts that are currently prescribed to the best players in the NBA and Division 1. If the player is motivated to improve, and enjoys pushing out from his comfort zone, these sessions will be a lot of fun.
