Coached Westport PAL Girls Lacrosse from 1st grade through high school. Involved in coaching many clinics across the state of CT. Also help coach Noreaster club lacrosse from time to time.

Have also provided 1-on-1 training sessions for players from PAL lacrosse upon request while attending Fairfield University.

Fairfield University Women’s Lacrosse Team, Fall 2008 to Spring 2012. Active player in a nationally ranked Division I team that qualified for 2008 NCAA Tournament. Received the honor of captain for 2011-2012 Season. Undefeated conference season 4 years in a row.

With 1-on-1 or even small group sessions, I like to first focus on where the player feels weakest. It is important for every player to have confidence in their basic fundamentals of the game, something that you never stop working on even up through collegiate lacrosse. We can always incorporate conditioning within a session if desired, and most importantly we always have FUN! I enjoy spreading the sport in a fun and loving manner that makes the sport desirable for girls of all ages to stay involved and continue to work at.
