More About Coach Ray
*Speed and Agility Training. 17 years of speed training across all sports. I have help athletes increase playing time, exposer and secure college scholarships at each NCAA division level.
2x Division 1 Track and field Captain. 6 sport high school athlete. 22x all conference honors 16x all region. 9x all state (High school). 17 Time All MEAC performer. 9x NCAA East Regional qualifier.
First 20 minutes introduction to myself and a Q&A session to get to know what drives the athlete. Warmup up drills and corrective exercise as needed. Speed specific work. Followed by professional recommendations.

We drive over an hour to work with Coach Ray. My son doesn’t run track, but plays basketball and football. Bc of his growth spurts his core isn’t balanced. Coach Ray provided a number of exercises and drills where you can already see a difference and improved confidence. We look forward to our trainings. I say all of this bc this training isn’t just for track. Highly encourage this training for all athletes, including soccer.

Couple of huge observations 1) Coaches takes input from athlete and parent on goals of the athlete. 2) drills and training for event goals not cookie cutter drills for general athlete. Personable!

My son has enjoyed his sessions with Coach Ray. In the 1st session, Coach Ray was excellent at assessing/identifying areas to improve my son's speed. He immediately started working on those items with him and recommending things he could do at home. He even taylored some of the speed exercises to my son's sport, baseball. Coach Ray gives great feedback and explains the purpose of each exercise to my son. Great Coach, I highly recommend him and plan to continue my son's sessions over the rest of the summer.

My son enjoyed his session with Coach Ray very much. Coach Ray was excellent at listening to me about the items I thought my son needed help with, and working on those items with him after doing his own assessment. My son only just started track this spring and wasn’t getting great 1-1 training at his school team and as a 14 year old wasn't really interested in hearing Mom’s training tips. I feel like Coach Ray gave great feedback and taught him the fundamentals for both sprints and high jump that will help him finish out the season. Great Coach, I recommend and plan to get more sessions over the summer. Thanks!

First day at training was a beast! I stopped playing for personal reasons.. told Coach b what I wanted to and he pushed me and encourage me. He said” you want it , let’s get it”. I was out of shape the 1st day I was out there but he didn’t look at me at any disappointment he encourage me and said “one day at a time”. I’m training for the XFL and if anyone need a trainer off the first day I recommend Coach B. Great guy can’t wait for the finish product!
