I have background in a variety of sports! I played NCAA Division 1 Volleyball, I also played high levels of basketball, track and soccer.

I have 5 years of Personal training experience. Working with clients off all ages, fitness levels and injuries.

I have 4 years experience working in rehabilitation working with clients who have various pains and injuries. I have working in clinic settings, athletic field setting and working one on one with clients.
