Currently own my own business.. skills achieved in training are: general public, special cases, and high quality athletes. Have trained D-1, D-2, D-3, and NAIA athletes at Performance Enhancement in Dayton, Ohio. Have worked with Parkinson's Disease clients as well as MS and scoliosis. Achieved skills while training extremely overweight individuals to simple toning clients. I teach circuit training courses as well as cross training. Also as able to lay out food plans.

I have participated in crossfit for 6 years now. Have ran a tough mudder and a battlefrog race. Played soccer at Wilmington College for 4 years and coached soccer at Marietta College for 2.

A typical session would be need based depending on the client. I like to do things effectively and efficiently. Form is a huge focus for me but reaching the goal as quick as possible is my main focus. Circuit training as well as cross training helps individuals mainly reach their goals faster.

Very happy with Rachel, my daughter seemed to love her ! She was very motivating and always encouraging. Will definitely be going back for more lessons!

Rachel was awesome! She worked very well with my son, and he enjoyed getting coached by her as well. I was impressed with Rachel's coaching each time a new technique was practiced. With each new drill, Rachel found ways to improve my son's soccer skills. She noticed tiny details to improve my sons technique--things that had gone unnoticed by all of his soccer coaches in the past.
What was also impressive was that Rachel was able to impressively demonstrate all of the techniques she was teaching, and explain why the technique was important, and how it relates to live play in a game.
It was apparent that Rachel takes her work seriously, and she was very professional. The session could not have gone better. She's an elite coach for sure.

Coach Rachel is knowledgeable, interactive, and helpful. She had her first training session with our thirteen year old daughter and our daughter can't wait for her next session. I am impressed with Coach Rachel and I will definitely book more sessions with her.
