I grew up playing field hockey and played all the way up through college at the D3 level at Lebanon Valley College in PA. I have experience playing and coaching all positions (forward, midfield, defense). As much as I miss playing, I have found a passion in coaching young players to help develop their skills. I am the current assistant varsity coach at Riverside High School and coach for Metro hockey club. I am also a physical therapist so I am extra mindful of injury prevention. I am a USAFH certified coach and have gone through various training including SafeSport, concussion, and CPR.

I played D3 field hockey at Lebanon Valley College. I earned awards including MAC Commonwealth All-Conference First-Team and Second-Team during my four years on the team. I primarily played in a defensive position but have experience playing midfield and forward as well.

I like to make sessions specialized and personalized for each player and their respective positions. Players can expect to start each session with individual stick skills and then progress to more complex drills to simulate game-like situations dependent on the player's position to help improve their overall field hockey IQ. Between each drill, feedback is given on what looks good and what can continue to improve. Drills can include stick skills, passing, dribbling, dodges, shooting, positioning, and running through game-like situations.
