More About Coach Rachel
I have been training younger kids since I was fifteen. I typically work with ages 10-17(guys or girls) but of course am open to woking with any age. I work my players hard but I also focus on what they need to work on to improve their overall game. I work in fitness as well as tactical work into our sessions. I believe it is just as important to understand the game as it is to play.
Growing up playing club soccer since age 8, joining to college league ECNL at age 15 I was recruited to play for SFSU. I won MVP of my high school all three years playing on Varsity, and started every game i played. I played at San Francisco State for one year before I decided to return home to Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California. I qualified for all regional and all state, where then I was asked to play Division one yet decided to stay one more year at Junior College. I have been recruited to play semi-pro as well. I coached for west coast FC for about two years before deciding to just do personal training as I am prepping to go on to get my PhD in sports psychology.
I am a very technical player therefore I include that a lot in my sessions. It's important for players to get down the basics in order to excel in the rest; first touch, ball contact, passing, vision, ball moves.

Coach Rachel E was great. Really instilled a love of the game for my daughter which has shown in her growth as a player.

Working with Rachel has been a great experience for my 11 yr old son. He looks forward to their weekly sessions and leaves happy and satisfied with the training. The most noticeable take away from my sons interaction with Rachel is his increased level of confidence on the pitch and improved skill set.
