I have always had a strong passion for fitness. Beginning my fitness careers early on in Puerto Rico, I have s a vast fitness and athletic background. As one of the most sought after personal trainers and personal health coaches in the tri-state area, I have transformed each of my clients lives by strategically reaching their fitness goals. Alex Groumbas The road to sculpting one’s body to the mental image desired by the beholder is a journey that falls short for many of those who have taken part it in. It is a long treacherous path that requires the utmost discipline, dedication and sacrifice. The science behind the manipulation of volumizing ones muscles is enough to cause discouragement from even attempting to engage in this activity. Many have trained for years and still have not managed to acquire the goals they set out long ago to achieve. Walter Magee I am considered a “gym rat”. I Have always worked out on my own, learning as I go through experience, research , trial and error. Never did I feel the need for a personal trainer as I thought I knew it all. That was however, until I met Pierre. Eric M. Rintell I used to work out regularly in my twenties until I was diagnosed with two cancers. The doctors were able to save me after 12 surgeries and intense chemotherapy treatments spanning a period of 5 years. Due to my medical treatments, I ended up with slightly over 30% of my lung capacity destroyed resulting in breathing issues. Encouraged to eat to gain strength, I ended up gaining too much weight. I wanted to return to exercising, but I found it difficult to find a trainer who could handle my special needs. Most trainers had a “standard” workout, and they made few adjustments to suit my physical limitations. After searching for over a decade, I finally found the trainer I needed in Pierre. Instead of just instructing me to go on a treadmill or other “standard” routines, Pierre took the time to test my stamina and create a program suited just for me. While most others would turn away a customer like me, Pierre made it his mission to help restore my physical health and increase my lung capacity. Due to the fact that I travel for business, I can only see Pierre on weekends but he has kept his commitment to me. He works on everything from my cardio, lungs, abs and weight.
