I tailor my sessions based on the athletes skill level, desired skills/positions, or any specific needs for improvement I can recommend. Sessions may vary based on the factors mentioned above, but also the time I've already spent with an athlete and their improvement. An example of an hour long sessions may look like this:
(5-10 minutes) Warmup. Goal: To get the athlete prepared physically and mentally for training.
(5-10 minutes) Dribbling Fundamentals/Ball Mastery. Goal: To get the athlete comfortable with using every part of their feet and have a greater feel for the ball for any situation that may come up during practice or games.
(5-10 minutes) First Touch and Passing. Goal: To continue to work on ball mastery and comfortability using all parts of the feet, but now specific to passing and receiving from various angles and distances.
(10-15 minutes) Dribbling/Passing Combination. Goal: To apply what we trained in the dribbling, first touch and passing drills previously and combine them in more game like situations.
(15-20 minutes) Position/Skill Specific: Goal: To apply what we worked on previously in the session and apply it to specific position training. Or to work on a specific skill (Shooting, Defending, Heading, SpecificTechniques, etc.) depending on the athletes goals or any specific areas of improvement tailored to the athlete's experience or skill level.
(5 minutes) Fun Game. Goal: I always want to end my sessions with a game to reinforce that soccer is meant to be fun. And I love a bit of competition!

Client Reviews
Pedro C. (Testimonial)
Perrin was very knowledgeable about the game and also very patient teaching my son each week. My son improvement was noticeable within weeks. I will definitely recommend Perrin to any parent that wants to improve his child soccer skills.
Denise J. (Testimonial)
Perrin worked with our 9 year old son all summer. We wanted to focus on dribbling and Perrin could not have been more patient with our son and he was always upbeat with a lot of energy. This past season we saw our son dribbling around defenders and this was a result of working with Perrin. I 100% recommend working with Perrin as he is a great instructor!
