I was a sports performance coach at Velocity Sports Performance for 4 years.
I have taught kids as young as 8 all the way up to professional athletes how to run correctly, proper strength training methods, Olympic Lifts, movement mechanics as well as functional stretching routines.

I have recently opened a sports performance training facility located in Costa Mesa, CA.

Thank you!

I played 4 years on my high school varsity tennis team. I made all-area all 4 years. I played the # 1 seed position my junior and senior year. As a senior I had a 14-3 record and placed top ten in my county.

I was Strength & Conditioning Coach at my college.
I trained athletes for Velocity Sports Performance for 5 years.
I am an Olympic Lifting coach.
I worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays Baseball Team, 2 years.
I was a Fitness Manager at 24 Hour Fitness.
I was the Director of Human Performance for a professional surf team for 6 years.

I recently opened up my own athletic training facility, Extreme Athletics.

Each session is 1-1:30 hours long.

I start every session with a 20-minute dynamic flexibility warm-up.

Next, depending on the athlete and what sport we are training for, depends on the workout.

Each workout will include movement/speed mechanics, proper strength and power training, as well as 15-20 minutes of metabolic conditioning.

From there I will map out a month long program and progress the athlete thru that program, making changes where I see fit.
