More About Coach Paul

Accomplished forty-three year career in military, law enforcement health and fitness. Have traveled from US to Japan, Korea and China to learn from their culture and train among some of the greatest instructors. I have cross trained in many sports and been a member of the US Olympic Team. I also am a certified personal trainer in which I have trained many athletes, military, law enforcement; and other people from different walks of life. I not only have the experience, education, training but, I also know first hand what it feels like; and how an athlete has to go through after an intense long injury. After my back surgery, it took longer for me to recover than I thought it would, even after intense rehab. I like to conduct several different sessions with my clients to gather basic facts. I like to gather facts about them and for them to gather facts about me. It is a two way street in training. I can't specializing in skills; I would like to develope. I would like to start out on focusing on technique and building basic form and then build on that. If you don't have a good foundation, you can't build a good solid building. It will fall in the slightest rain storm. You have to have foundation to build on before moving onto more advance moves. Of course, the rest you have to sign up for my sessions to find out.
