I have been a hockey coach for 32 years - working at the youth high school and collegiate levels. I have also been fortunate to have coached both males and females in this fantastic sport. I have been an assistant at The University of Wisconsin at River Falls Men's Hockey Program. I have been a head coach and assistant at various high schools in Minnesota - and I have been honored as Assistant Coach of The Year 3 times during my career.

I am proud that I have either played, scouted or coached at all levels of the hockey experience.
I have been a youth coach....
I have been a high school player, assistant coach, and head coach...
I have been an assistant coach at the college level....
And I have also been a professional scout.

A typical training session is:
(1) Proper stretching and warm-up for maximum physical and mental utility from training.
(2) A clear definition of what our principles and process will be for this given training session.
(3) Detailed examination of the skills we are working on and their subsequent application.
(4) Recording of skill development session - with on-ice evaluation and correction.
(5) Upon completion of the session, a proper stretch and cool-down period.
(6) The athlete will have a self-evaluation of the session - and will be given points of reference for their performance beyond this training module.
