I have been in cheerleading for over twenty years.
I have coached every age group, from Pop Warner to College, and now own WCA Las Vegas, "World Cheerleaders Association And Dance Force since 1993. I employ professional cheerleaders and dancers, for coaching, tryouts, conventions, charity and competition routines to create a sense of excitement for corporate events.
I was on the coaching staff at UNLV. I did it because I love the sport. Cheerleading is a passion and I believe it is the technique that enables a cheerleader to excel.
Arm motions, placement of motions, fitness and jumps are the heart of Cheerleading. Voice projection and the ability to do the stunts safely and to stick it comes from constant repeating the routine, not speed. Confidence is instilled through hard work and accomplishment, where it is the fuel for success. If you do not know the material and practice the basics it is very hard to move forward, and be without injury.
Cheerleaders come to me to learn sound skills that enable them to have a long successful career in a sport that inspires others.
