- Former collegiate All-American hockey player at Colby College; played both forward and defense
- On-ice workouts will focus on skill development as requested by player
- Off-ice workouts can be geared toward speed and power development through track workouts and Olympic lifting techniques that I utilized during my collegiate career both for myself and as part of leading team training activities. These are not intended to be conditioning workouts; they are very much dedicated to the development of explosiveness and increasing footspeed.
- Have direct experience in both on- and off-ice coaching of high school hockey players
- Sessions can be driven by the needs and availability of the player (can include on-ice or off-ice sessions). Open to group sessions of up to 4 players.

Coach Patrick has been so helpful in developing my 8 year old's hockey skills. It is extremely tough to make an early morning Saturday practice both fun and productive, but Patrick is able to do both with ease (this is no simple feat considering that my son struggles with ADHD). Despite this challenge, my son's stick handling skills and shooting have improved significantly as well as his overall confidence on the ice. Last week, my son had the best game of his life and I know his sessions with Patrick contributed greatly to it. I strongly recommend Patrick's training session to anyone interested in improving their hockey skills!!

You can tell Patrick is an awesome hockey player from the way he handles himself on the ice. You can tell he is an excellent coach because I saw my son improving after the very first session. We've had several lessons with Patrick so far and will keep booking lessons until my son has tryouts in the Fall (9 months from now). My son is 14 and has been playing Youth Hockey for 6 years now. He is excited about all the techniques and pointers that he is learning and when he gets off the ice with Pat, he's drenched in sweat and happy we went. Best money I've ever spent!
