Four-Year Letter Winner for the Varsity Lacrosse team at St. Sebastian's School in Needham, MA and was a two year starter in goal, while earning All-League Honorable Mention honors as a Junior and being voted Captain as a Senior. He continued his career at Avon Old Farms School in Avon, CT. At Avon, the Varsity Lacrosse team captured the Founders League Title, arguably the most competitive league in the country.
After Avon, Patrick played at the University of Richmond for his freshman season, but missed the entire spring due to a concussion. He then played lacrosse for one season at Boston College, appearing in three games.

In a 1 hour 1v1 session, a goalie can expect to improve his/her stance, arc play, shot-stopping ability, clearing, and communication skills. Each session will also include demonstration of drills that goaltenders can do on their own to improve their game. Additionally, Patrick can restring goalie sticks in between sessions for no cost (given that necessary materials are provided).

Client Reviews

Coach Patrick was the perfect fit for my lacrosse-playing son! Excellent, patient, and great experience!

Coach Patrick has been helping my daughter with her goalie skills. She played her first year as a lacrosse player/goalie without any experience. Patrick’s expertise as a goalie and the drills they have done have helped her quickly develop skills to improve her speed, reaction and shot stopping. She has gained a lot of confidence and had a lot of fun working with Coach Patrick. We highly recommend him!
