More About Coach Patrick
I started coaching in Germany my local team goalkeepers 2x a week. When I moved to Finnland 2018-2020 I was the goalkeeper coach of a semi pro women team. One of the keepers was a U 18 national goalkeeper. Beside that I coached boys from the age 15-18. 2021-2022 I was the head of goalkeeping at south slammers in California. Sinse 2023 I am goalkeeper coach at Phoenix rising academy
I started playing soccer at the age of 3. when we moved to prague I was 5 and I start playing for AC Sparta Praha and SK Slavia Praha. When I was 14 the German team FC Schalke 04 bought me. I played there Till I was 17 and the 1 Bundesliga Team 1 FC Nurnberg bought me. At the age of 24 I went to Belgium to Lierse Sk. After 1 year I went to Finnland and I played for Fc Lahti in the Finnish premier league for 2 years. 2021 I signed with Orange County and we won the USL championship. I played 1 more year there. Sinse 2023 I play for Phoenix rising and I was part of the USL championship winning team.
Beside that I played for the German youth national team U15-U20
A typical session with is a good 15 minute warm up with running stretching some
Basic warm up with the ball. I like
To focus on technics and game situation scenarios ( positioning, reaction saves, 1vs1 cross balls, distribution....) every session will also include some passing, goalkicks and punts. I would like that we focus and concentrate at every session but of course we need to have also fun.
