Drills and techniques are appropriately geared toward the athlete's age and ability. From basic trapping and passing to advanced skills acquisition (Kruyf, Maradona, etc.). Sessions begin with dynamic stretching and are immediately followed by skills-based drills. For instance, a young, inexperienced player may start with the basics of trapping in a two-step process: trap and push the ball out in front. That would progress over a couple sessions to trapping and pushing in one simultaneous movement. Each would be proceeded by passing with the in-step of both feet. That passing would develop to using the outside of each foot as well. Dribbling (all four sides of the foot + the bottoms) would follow, as would passing while moving, first touch focus, bio-dynamics of trapping/passing/first touch/turning/etc. Depending on the player's age, they would likely start somewhere within this paradigm of skill building.

Client Reviews
Jennifer Pollock Crim/Real Estate sales and soccer mom (Testimonial)
Patrick coached my son Jordan in soccer for his years at Davis Academy Middle School. He was patient and kind to my son, who has ADHD, and he also was encouraging which helped to motivate Jordan... who is extremely difficult to motivate! He taught him the importance of listening and being a team player. He developed many new skills with his guidance. Jordan looks up to him very much and so does the rest of the team. I highly recommend him for coaching and we are thankful we got to have him for those years!
Angie Janko/Parent of athletes (Testimonial)
Coach Pat has been our school soccer coach for the past 3 years. He has a great work ethic and always treats the boys with respect. He loves the game and that rubs off on the beginner and veteran players. The boys have learned the fundamentals of soccer, proper techniques and how to work as a team! I would recommend Coach Pat as a soccer coach!
