I played for team USA in the u19 beach volleyball world championship and I was coached by 4 Olympic gold medalists and some of the best coaches in the world. I'm 30 and I've coached for 15 years and I have great reviews. I recently moved to the area and I usually coach at the sand volleyball courts at Rancho Loma Park near La Sierra High School. I coach kids, men, and women of all ages and skill levels. I recommend sand volleyball to indoor players too as it will quickly improve strength and girls can now get sand volleyball full scholarships at great universities such as UCLA, Stanford, USC, UCB, LMU, Cal Poly, LBSU, CSUN, CSULA, Pepperdine, University of Hawaii, and many more all over the USA. Boys and girls can also get indoor volleyball full scholarships all over the USA at hundreds of great universities. You can get a lesson for only $10 because it's $50 for a 1 hour lesson and you can bring 4 friends if you want, so $10 each or if you prefer taking the lesson by yourself, that's perfect. A 2 hour lesson is $90, and a 3 hour lesson is $120. I was coached by 3 time Olympic Gold Medalist, Misty May-Treanor, 2020 Olympic gold medalist, April Ross, Pat Powers and Aldis Berzins who won the indoor Olympic gold medal with Karch Kiraly, and Alan Knipe, who was the head coach of the USA Men's indoor volleyball Olympic team. I was also coached by Jose Loiola, who won world championships, John Mayer, and Billy Allen, who were AVP stars, Jon Aharoni who was the Team USA junior national beach volleyball coach, Ali Wood Lamberson and Anna Collier, who coached the Team USA junior beach national teams and they coached the USC beach volleyball team to national championships, and I also trained with Olympic medalists, Aaron Russell and Taylor Sander. I've played indoor and beach volleyball for 18 years and I made the under 19 and under 21 beach volleyball national teams for the USA and I made the USA Indoor Volleyball high performance team. I played for team USA in under 19 beach volleyball world championships and I'll be playing pro next year and my goal is to win the Olympics in 2028.

Let me state the following... Beach volleyball is an amazing game and one heck of a conditioner. You feel you are in 4 wheel drive mode running around in the sand. Takes a lot of energy. Your game is then much better when you play indoors. Where am I going with this thread? I thought my sand volleyball game was good until a friend told me about Coach Patrick. Well compared to Coach Patrick my game is not that good but because of Coach Patrick it is going to get better, a whole lot better. Coach Patrick showed me where I was expending energy needlessly, how to get an extra 1.5 inches on my jump, how to play better defense which involved reading the opposition. Does it take work? Of course it does. Coach Patrick hands down is one of the best volleyball coaches out there. I recommend him without hesitation!
