I am a fitness professional with over 12 years of full time teaching and training experience. I have over 1200 hours of training in New York City's best Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Strength training, meditation and visualization technique studios, and have traveled around the world teaching.

I have taught in the best studios of New York City and have trained Hollywood stars, CEOs, and professional athletes around the country in numerous styles of fitness methods including Pilates, strength training, yoga and meditation.

Based on your request, I will create a session that will be full of exercises that build upon a sequence to strengthen the entire body, working in conjunction with a fascia release system I developed, to ensure that each session is as efficient as possible . We finish with deep stretches, fascia release and breathing exercises.
