I am a soccer coach for the New York Red Bulls and the Olympic Development Team. I work extensively with youth team players, ages U8-U23.

I am an assistant coach for New Jersey City University Men's Team.

I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Trainer.

I played soccer in England to a high standard. I still like to play now that I am living here in the US but tend to now play more 5-a-side and socially.

Sessions are built around the need of the individual that I am working with. This can be either skills, drills, fitness or tactics. If there are any particular areas that you would like me to work on then we can discuss this.

Coach really worked my son during the first session. He pointed out strengths and areas of weakness. He made adjustments and pushed him in areas and gVe clear precise instructions. He left him tired and increased his knowledge of his position. Great session and I ok forward to the next one.

Coach Paddy was a great communicator to set-up the sessions and ask what were our goals. She worked for 90 minutes with him on basic drills and plays! She had s huge grin when she finished and wants to play soccer now with a team and asked me to book more sessions with Paddy which we hope to do! Paddy is a five star coach ***** it was great meeting you!!!

Paddy is the best trainer we have ever come across. It started out with just my son using him, now the whole team goes to him for supplemental training. He is also a certified strength and conditioning instructor and now all the mums and dads go to him for fitness sessions too. Absolutely fantastic!
