More About Coach Ozan
I have been coaching for the past 7 years, working with a middle school team, for U12 and U13 club leagues and an adult amateur league, in both the United States and in Turkey. I hold an E License for coaching and am also a referee, so I have a profound understanding of the sport. I have experience training players of all different skill levels. I work with youth and adults. I work will all positions, including goalkeeper.
I played professionally for 9 years in Turkey, competing throughout Europe. I played for Besiktas FC, Sariyer FC, Nisantasi FC, and Rumeli Kayegi FC. I have also played for the New Orleans Jesters, a semi-professional team, and for adult competitive amateur leagues in the United States.
I offer 25 minute or 50 minute sessions with small groups (up to 4 players) and individuals. I work with players on ball control, technique, and footwork, tailoring each session to a player's specific goals and needs. I work with players to learn how to be smarter than their opponent and have a deep understanding of the game. I offer all of my sessions on a state of the art artificial turf field, and also use soccer tennis, sand training, and fun games to improve skills and technique. I am playing along side my clients to make sure they get the best workout and are able to take skills home to practice between sessions. Be ready to play hard and have fun.
