More About Coach Osvaldo
I've coached an Upward bound Basketball team in the Summer Olympics for FAMU in which we won the gold medal. The age group I usually work with is middle school age all the way up to college. Having played and coached on all levels including pro.
During my college career I played for a NCAA Div II college Anderson University in which I finished my 4 year career with all time blocks and rebounding records. During my Junior year I was ranked 19th nationally in blocked shots. During my Senior year I averaged a double double for the season and was ranked 7th in the nation in rebounding. I won the most improved, iron horse, and most valuable player award at my school and all conference honors. I also played professionally for my country Trinidad and Tobago.
You can expect the little things to matter during my sessions. I realized early in my career that if you focus on making every step of the process important you will see the results you want. Proper foot work and ensuring you practice at game speed is important to ensure you are preparing for what you're about to do.
