Sessions consist of Dynamic warm up, flexibility, SAQ, strength training, and skills work. All training is designed specifically to the athletes and sport played. We focus on recovery, injury prevention, nutrition, supplement and hydration education.
Example:
10 min Foam Rolling ( Tissue quality is important for proper function of soft tissues. Foam rolling allows proper stretch shortening to ensure normal muscle function.)
10 min Active Dynamic Warm Up ( i.e high kicks, high knees, carioca, shuffle to sprint)
15 min Speed, Agility, Quickness Drills
5 min Core Work (stability or strentgh)
20 min Resistance Training or Skills Training
15 min Cool Down and Static Stretching
