I used to play in a local club in Portugal then I moved to USA then I played on high school and also college for bridgwater university. Now I just play every Sunday

My plan sessions are very active, as team I make they know how to play with head up and control the game, also I try to do a lot of rondos drills, and small games 2v2 and 3v3, individually I work more on the technique, passing with more precision, shooting with the best technique and power, also the play with be able to dribble the ball with full speed.
