I've been developing players in the International market (Venezuela, Dominican Republic & Italy) as in USA. Worked with players of all ages and levels specially 12 to 21 years old with Pro-High Performance expectations. I am Baseball USA, Rapsodo, Driveline, Blast Motion Certified.

Pro Player up to Mid A level with the Montreal Expos as Outfielder. Played Pro Winter Ball in Venezuela as Outfielder, Middle infielder and Catcher

Pedagogy, modeling and repetition are key elements on my training sessions. A clear explanation followed by modeling the movement give the kid theoretical and visual reference of every technique. Then Drills a repetitions will make the kid feel and record the feeling in the memory until it become an automatized movement. This applies for every tool (hitting, fielding, throwing/pitching and running) and position.

Coach Noberto has a wealth of baseball knowledge and is an amazing instructor! He vastly improved my son's whole game more in one hour than I ever thought was possible. From throwing, to catching, to hitting, it's exciting to have someone so educated to nurture my son's passion. He's able to quickly identify and address mechanical errors and easily convey fundamentals that will build a super solid foundation for his game. He's also sensitive to the skill level the student is at with level appropriate lessons that are quickly conveyed and easily absorbed, as well as in tune with their physical fitness and energy levels (especially helpful for our T1D son). We're looking forward to our future training sessions with him and excited to have found him!
