More About Coach Noah
I’ve coached at the youth level, U8 recreational and assisted competitive club teams in Portland, Oregon ranging from U13 to U17. I enjoy working with motivated players who want to improve their ball control, technical skills, and overall understanding of the game. My background as a high-level player, having played for No. 1 ranked Indiana University college program, and experience working with various age groups gives me the insight and practical tools to help athletes grow.
I played youth soccer at the Surf Soccer in San Diego and went on to play Division I soccer at Indiana University, the top-ranked, Division I program in the country. After college, I competed in the UPSL and was part of a Western Conference Championship team on Santa Monica Sporting. I’m also a two-time winner of MLS Futbolito and King's Cup Champion, small sided tournaments that rely on technical skills, quick passing and ball control.
Each session starts with a short dynamic warm-up to activate the body, followed by skill-focused drills that improve ball control, passing, shooting, and trapping. I tailor each session based on the athlete’s level and goals, with an emphasis on building confidence on the ball. We finish with fun, high-energy activities that reinforce the skills learned and elevate the heart rate to simulate a game-like experience and speed of play.
