More About Coach Noah

I am a NASM certified personal trainer then furthered my knowledge and received my NASM Performance Enhancement Specialization and have used that to train athletes from the ages of 10-16 and have been an assistant coach in multiple baseball clinics and camps.

I received a full-ride scholarship to pitch and attend the Saint Augustine's University. After recording a 3.19 ERA and an opponent batting average of .254 my senior year at Ashley High School. After my freshman year I was invited to play summer ball for the Covington Lumberjacks in the prestigious Valley Baseball league. Where I tore my oblique and ended up hanging up the spikes.

First, we must establish a baseline and a specific goal then we would prepare the athlete and his/her body for the day. I would walk the client through the movement first and let them know what we are focusing on then confirm the client understands the movement. The client would perform the movement as I look on to see if they need any tweaks and inform them appropriately and proceed from there with the goal of the athlete always in mind.

Coach Noah has really helped my son Kellan with his performance and confidence when playing baseball. Kellan prefers the one on one sessions with Coach and looks forward to practice days. I love that my son can train throughout the year, especially in the off season, and stay active!
