1- Dynamic warm up
2- Identifying goal(s) for session
3- Passing and catching
4- Specific skill work
5- Review of session, preview for next session, and assignments for time in between
6- Cool down stretch
Warm up and cool down may be done outside of session, allowing more instructional time, once expectations and routine have been established. This emphasis is necessary to maximize the body's ability to perform, while minimizing the risk of fatigue and injury.

Noah was amazing! He has a lot of knowledge about lacrosse! He gave great advice, techniques, and tips that have already helped him with lacrosse!
Angela (CoachUp client)
Coach Noah was great! My son is in 5th grade and is looking to make a travel team and needs some help with his skills to be more competitive. He sent a detailed pre workout plan and followed up with post work. My son is shy and he took to him very quickly and we have scheduled several sessions in advance with Coach Noah.
