More About Coach Nizzy

I have been training clients for 2 years now. My main focus is to help them "Get Fit". My definition of FIT is Jump high, Run far, Swing long, Bike strong, lift heavy and be healthy. I have coached/trained people "straight off the couch" with no physical fitness background as well as seasoned athletes looking to gain lean muscle, shred excess weight and become healthier. I have worked as an independent "travelling trainer" meeting with clients in public parks, gyms, or even the comfort of their own homes. Currently I hold a position at Become Fitness in Methuen, MA as a certified personal trainer. I'm confident and confortable with working with clients of all ages and looking to expand my horizons and certify myself in children's health and fitness.

I lost over 80lbs all naturally. Thru better eating habits and exercise.

Function strength, calisthenics, Cardio, body weight exercises are usually the first step. I. E: squats, lunges, burpees, jumps, dashes, etc. As you "graduate "thru my programs... based on your specific goals, we'll cover more strength, cardio, running, hill training, lifting, Olympic lifts, box jumps, tire flips, battle ropes, kettle bells, etc...
